The User Workshops will start the in morning of the All About Remote. Participants will have the opportunity to ​

She manages the product lifecycle and stakeholder enablement for the remote service tool Körber Xpert View and is central contact person for the remote service tool at Körber Supply Chain Automation.

Professor for Service and Technology Marketing at RWTH Aachen University
Prof. Dr. Stefanie Paluch Stefanie Paluch is Professor for Services and Technology Marketing at RWTH Aachen University since 2014. After studying economics and social sciences at the University of Dortmund and at the Ceram Business School in France, she received her PhD in 2011 at the TU Dortmund University. From 2012-2014 she was assistant professor for service and technology management there. Since 2018 Stefanie Paluch is Research Fellow at King's Consumer and Organisation Data Analytics (CODA) Research Centre at King's Business School, at King's College in London. In 2019 she was appointed Senior Fellow at the Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management, Hanken School of Economics, in Helsinki. Ms. Paluch is a member of the Board of Directors of CLS (Center for Teaching and Learning Services) at RWTH Aachen University. Her research focuses on the challenges of digital transformation and the management of innovative technology-based services. A special focus is the perception and acceptance of service robots and smart services by consumers and their implementation in an organizational context. She publishes her research in leading professional journals such as the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Marketing and the Journal of Service Theory and Practice.

Florian Schuldt is a project manager in the Smart Maintenance specialist group and a quality management officer at the FIR at RWTH Aachen University. His research focuses on digital business models and the use of AR in industrial service. In this context, he is in charge of the DM4AR project, which is being worked on together with oculavis, among others. Florian holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from the TU Braunschweig.

In his past in the software industry (including CRM and R&D domains) he was guiding customers through digital transformation projects. Before moving to the software industry he earned his PhD in molecular biology at LMU Munich.

Originally from Bangalore, India, Nikhil Venkateshan moved to Munich, Germany to earn a Master’s degree in Business Administration at University of Roehampton (EU Munich Campus). This knowledge, coupled with his undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering and sales experience, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in tech-sales and BD, enabling companies in innovation topics and effectively marketing oculavis SHARE. Nikhil is working as an international business development manager at oculavis and will moderate the conference program of All About Remote 2022.
