He is currently on the longest triathlon possible, from Munich to Munich via the world. This "Triathlon 360 degree" covers a distance of 120 Ironmans (roughly 40.000 kilometers) – with a minimal CO2 footprint. During All About Remote 2021 Jonas will speak about his perspective on travelling the world, personal limits and how to push the boundaries of what is possible.

He studied in Frankfurt/Main and Berlin and holds a Diplom & PhD degree. He entered the industrial field within Quality related topics mainly in food and feed applications steering a microbial Peer group team in EMEA. In 2018 he joined the Beiersdorf AG in his actual role leading and steering the microbiological safety assessments for Cosmetic Formulas and Health care products.

Dr. Ina Heine is currently Chief Engineer at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering WZL at RWTH Aachen University and head of the research area "Organizational Development". After her studies in Cognitive, Work and Organizational Psychology in Maastricht, Adelaide and Seville, she started in 2012 with her doctoral studies at RWTH Aachen University. In 2016, she finished her PhD about quality-oriented decisions in middle management. In recent research projects she works on two topics (1) the symbiotic combination of human and algorithmic capabilities for decision-making processes and (2) the sustainable and competent management of heterogeneous data.

Whether in Europe, Brasil, China, India or Pakistan - when Julia Bauer enters a stage or a screen, the audience is thrilled. Her profound business, political and automotive knowledge combined with an inexhaustible good mood and clear voice makes her the perfect TV and event presenter. Julia has studied at Munich Business School, the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Columbia University and London School of Economics. After an intensive training at Germany's leading private news television channel N24 in Berlin, she has now moved to Cologne and Zurich to work in front of the cameras of state-owned WDR, auto motor and sports channel and as a reporter for a travel magazine.

She has hosted political panels as well as events, business talks, press conferences and galas for the German Federal Bank, Lufthansa, the German Design Award, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, Citroen, Federal Ministries, CANON and many more. Furthermore, Julia teaches communications at major German universities and offers media trainings for improved presentation skills to professional as well as managerial staff.

All About Remote is the yearly inhouse conference of the multiple award winning scale-up company oculavis GmbH. Launched as a customer workshop back in 2016, All About Remote has developed into a leading congress on visual remote support services, augmented reality and related digital business models over the last years. The 2021 edition will take place as a hybrid event. Online participation is free of charge for everyone. On-site participation in the Digital Church in Aachen is by invitation only.
