Jennifer Richardt has been working for thyssenkrupp for over 21 years now, in which she gained multiple experience in technical services worldwide. Currently she is the product manager for remote service at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions - Cement Technologies and is responsible for the complete life circle - from product development, marketing to sales. As a promoter and market expert for remote services, she is the also the interface manager when it comes to product related services.

Ilka Helmrich Ilka Helmrich has been working for thyssenkrupp Polysius since 2019. Before she has already worked in different strategic sales support roles in the chemical industry as well as in marketing consulting. In her current role as Pricing Manager at thyssenkrupp Polysius, she is responsible for the pricing strategies in the field of spare parts for cement technologies. Furthermore she is supporting the product managers for digital services by integrating and establishing pricing and business models for this new field of service operations.

He is responsible for the digitalisation of the business and participates in several federal founded projects.

In these roles, he trained service engineers and led hardware and chemistry development teams.

Since completing his dual studies, he has been working as an Advisor in Strategic Project Management and Energy Economics at TenneT TSO GmbH. Christoph Gatzen has been Head of the Department of Radiation Protection, Decommissioning, and Waste Management since October 2022 and is responsible for 70 employees at TÜV SÜD Energietechnik. Previously, he was head of the "Energy Technology" inspection department (in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17020) and main department head of electrical and control technology (ETL) with responsibility for 29 employees. Since mid-2020, he has been working on AR (augmented reality) in the inspection department to remotely realize ET BW's inspection services. In 2021, he won third place at the TÜV Innovation Award with the topic "Remote Inspections". Since then, he has pushed the topic further to steadily increase remote inspections and audits in the coming years to save costs and protect the environment.
